Seller guarantees puppy/dog is of good health w/inoculations and wormed (see shot record). Buyer of the above referenced dog has 48 hours to have the puppy/dog examined, by a veterinarian of his/her choice at buyer's expense. If upon examination, the veterinarian finds a problem with said dog, which is a threat to the dog(s) health, seller will replace this dog with another of equal value. Buyer will notify seller within 72 hours and buyer will return this dog within 7 days of receipt. If I don't hear from buyer within the 72 hours, the contract is void. I don't guarantee against low blood sugar or injuries such as falls. Example: Don't allow puppy to fall off your couch or bed.

Seller will not be responsible for injuries sustained from accidents of neglect, incurred after the sale of this dog. Dogs are treated for fleas, worms and mites. Seller will ascertain to the best of their ability make sure this puppy/dog is free of these problems. Seller hereby, states that to the best of her knowledge the puppy/dog is in good health at the time of sale.

If, at any time there is a reason that the buyer can't keep the dog, she/he
will notify the seller. Seller will gladly help in finding a new home for the
dog, or may require that the dog be returned to the Seller.

Seller requires a $200.00 non-refundable deposit due to hold a puppy.

No checks accepted. Cash or money orders ONLY. PayPal is accepted for a deposit payment, but will increase the sale amount up to 3%. I will not accept PayPal as final payment.

I require buyer to keep "Lachneys" name on AKC paper, this should be known at the time of purchase. If there is a problem concerning the use of "Lachneys" buyer should state that at time of deposit.

Lachney's Pomeranians wants you to be happy with your new puppy and we want your puppy to be happy with you! If you have any problems or questions after purchase, please don't hesitate to call or email. I will be available to you after the sale. This is a little life in your hand's, which YOU are responsible for. Give your puppy time to adjust to his/her new environment. I suggest that you crate the new puppy/dog, this will make them more secure & keep them out of trouble & safe when your are not around. Water & food should always be available.
